  • Delivery may be available based on the date, order size, timing, and location. Applicable delivery and setup fees will be included in your proposal.

  • Yes. We offer vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free options. Please include all dietary needs and allergies in your inquiry so we can recommend the most appropriate selections.

  • Yes. Our established packages are the easiest place to begin, but we can help combine selections based on your event, guest count, and budget.

  • Standard compostable service ware can be included or added depending on your package. Please let us know what your venue provides so we can prepare accordingly.

  • Many menu items can be individually packaged for meetings, studios, productions, and grab-and-go events. Additional packaging fees may apply.

  • Custom labels, branded packaging, or event-specific touches may be available for qualifying orders with sufficient advance notice. Tell us what you have in mind when submitting your inquiry.

  • No. Your order and event date are confirmed only after we approve availability, finalize your menu, and receive the required payment.

  • Advance Notice.

    We recommend submitting catering inquiries at least [ 7 days] before your event. Larger or custom orders may require additional notice.

    Short-notice requests may be considered depending on availability but cannot be guaranteed.

  • Order Minimum.

    Catering orders are subject to a minimum of $[___] before applicable delivery fees, service charges, and taxes.

  • Payment.

    A [ 50% ] deposit or full payment is required to confirm your order. Your date is not reserved until payment has been received.

  • Changes & Cancellations.

    Final guest counts and menu changes must be submitted at least [ 7days ] before the scheduled order.

    Cancellations made after [ 7 ] may be nonrefundable because ingredients and preparation have already been scheduled.

  • Pickup & Delivery

    Café pickup is available at Pace Café in Tremont.

    Delivery may be available within select areas for an additional fee. Delivery pricing is based on location, order size, timing, and setup requirements.

  • Dietary Requests

    Vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free options are available. Please disclose allergies and dietary needs during the inquiry process.

    Although our team takes care when preparing modified orders, Pace operates a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contact.
