You'll prepare drinks to Pace standards, learn our recipes, keep the bar moving + create the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into regulars.
Barista experience is a plus, but not required.
Attention to detail, speed + willingness to learn are essential.

You'll welcome guests, take orders, run food, maintain the café + help keep service moving from open to close.

Keep the bar moving.
Support our baristas with prep, restocking, dishes, ingredients, milks, cups + everything happening behind the scenes during service.
A great entry point for someone interested in learning coffee + eventually growing behind the bar.

The groundwork behind our scratch-made kitchen.
You'll help prepare ingredients, sauces, produce, proteins, grab-and-go items + daily prep while keeping the kitchen organized and ready for service.

Our cooks prepare breakfast + lunch to Pace standards while maintaining an organized, clean and efficient station throughout service.

Help prepare our bagels, baked goods, seasonal specials + café favorites with an emphasis on consistency, presentation + thoughtful ingredients.
Baking or pastry experience is preferred but not required.

You'll keep dishes, equipment + kitchen essentials moving while helping maintain a clean, organized workspace and supporting the kitchen wherever needed.

OPENERS+CLOSERS
Great service starts before the doors open + continues long after the last order.
We're especially interested in applicants with consistent opening or closing availability across FOH, barista + kitchen positions.
OPENING TEAM
Openers get the café service-ready — setting stations, completing prep, stocking essentials + making sure we're ready for the first guest through the door.
Early-morning reliability is non-negotiable.
CLOSING TEAM
Closers reset the café for tomorrow — cleaning, restocking, organizing, completing dishes + making sure the next team walks into a space that's ready to go.
